Token & NFT Disclaimer

Rumble Town may use a game token and NFTs (such as Bonko characters and items) on the Solana blockchain (together, “Digital Assets”). Please read this page before you claim, buy, sell, trade or hold any of them. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
Game items, not investments
- Digital Assets are made to be used and enjoyed in the Rumble Town game.
- They are not shares, securities, debt, or any interest in Rumble Town LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, and they don’t give you a right to profits, dividends, revenue, voting or any other return.
- We do not promise or suggest that any Digital Asset will have, keep or increase in value, or that there will be a market where you can sell it.
- Please don’t acquire Digital Assets expecting a profit. Only spend what you are fully comfortable losing.

Nothing on this website, in the game, or in our social channels, Discord, Telegram or other communications is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. Do your own research and talk to a qualified professional if you need advice.
Risks you should know about
- Price and liquidity: prices of tokens and NFTs can be extremely volatile and may fall to zero. There may be no buyers when you want to sell.
- Game changes: we may rebalance characters, change stats, rarities, rewards and the in-game economy, or end the game. These changes can affect how useful or desirable a Digital Asset is.
- Wallet security: if you lose your recovery phrase or private key, or someone steals it, your Digital Assets may be lost forever. We cannot recover them or reverse transactions.
- Technology: blockchains, smart contracts, wallets and marketplaces can have bugs, outages, congestion, forks or security breaches that delay, block or lose transactions.
- Scams: watch out for fake websites, airdrops, tokens and support accounts. Our only official website is rumbletown.xyz. We will never message you first asking for your recovery phrase, private key or a payment to “verify” your wallet.
- Law and regulation: laws about digital assets are changing and differ by country. New rules could limit or stop our ability to offer Digital Assets, or your ability to hold or trade them where you live.
- Taxes: buying, selling, trading or receiving Digital Assets as rewards may have tax consequences. You are responsible for your own taxes.
Who can take part
Digital Asset features are only for people who are at least 18 (or the age of majority where they live, if higher) and who are legally allowed to use them. They are not available where prohibited by law, to residents of comprehensively sanctioned countries or regions, or to anyone on a sanctions list. We may restrict access by location.
Third-party marketplaces and wallets
NFTs may be traded on independent marketplaces, and wallets are provided by third parties. We don’t operate, control or guarantee them, and their fees, rules and risks are your responsibility. Secondary sales of Rumble Town NFTs may include a creator royalty paid to us.
Devnet and test seasons
Tokens and NFTs issued on Solana devnet or during test seasons are for testing only, have no value and may be reset or deleted at any time.
